Return and exchange policy

We’ve made returning easy!

 
  • Not 100% satisfied with your recent LE MOOI purchase? We are happy to accept returns and provide refunds on items that are in their original packaging and with their price tag attached within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • If you would like to change your item for a different colour or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. The payment from the first purchase will be credited back to you and the second purchase must be paid. 
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be opened from the original packaging, used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
  • If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
  • If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you.
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage.
  • Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 work days. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done.

How do I return my order?

My Order

I haven’t received my order confirmation.

You will automatically receive your order confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours. If you are missing an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or other folders with special offers.

If you have not received your order confirmation within this time frame please contact us for further help.

Can I cancel/edit my order after I’ve placed it?

Sadly no! Once your order is placed and imported to our system, it is not possible to edit it or make any changes.

We are really quick at processing your order and are therefore unable to cancel it before shipping. However, you can still return your order if you do not wish to keep it. Check our return policy above. 

Can I change my shipping address?

Unfortunately, our system can not change any orders once they have been placed. This includes changing the delivery option and payment method.

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you. 

I haven’t received my shipping confirmation?

As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a link to a tracking page so that you can follow your order! Remember that this can sometimes end up in your spam folder so have a look there too. If you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will help you!
